- The Irish carrier will offer three flights a week from the UK to Lake Balaton.
The new route will give British tourists the opportunity to more easily explore
areas of Hungary outside of the capital Budapest.
Ryanair's first route to Hungary also makes Lake Balaton the first
destination outside the capital to be accessible from Britain by air.

offers visitors from the UK an unprecedented opportunity to explore Balaton's
unique wildlife, countryside, culture and history.
The flights will go between London Stansted airport and FlyBalaton airport in
Sarmellek on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays.
Lake Balaton, central Europe's largest freshwater lake, is a popular summer
